Turns out, that was just the beginning.
I’ve spent the last 16+ years helping women heal from burnout, body pain, and emotional overload. But behind the scenes? I was also unravelling the real reason so many smart, capable, heart-led women were still stuck in cycles of self-doubt, perfectionism, & playing small.
That’s what led me here;
I blend subconscious reprogramming, nervous system repair, and no-BS business mentoring to help women like you build businesses that actually feel good to run.

I’ve been in the massage + spa industry for over 16 years, with a past life in corporate HR (yep, I’ve lived both worlds).
A recovering people pleaser turned pattern spotter; I now help high-functioning women get to the root of what’s really going on beneath the pain, stress and the sabotage.
